"I created this piece as a visual statement of solidarity with Black communities and the ongoing fight against racism and state violence. It’s meant to live in everyday spaces—kitchens, offices, classrooms, organizing rooms—where people are imagining and building something more just. 
 
As a Latina artist, my work is deeply influenced by Black movements for liberation. My hope is that this print doesn’t just decorate a wall, but also sparks conversation, reflection, and commitment to action."
